I have just finished reading Sonia's latest book, The Power of Spirit, and wanted to recommend it to everyone. It contains many questions that you need to ask yourself in order to move towards surrendering to spirit and going with the flow. I found it very confronting, but very beneficial.
The best part for me was learning about Harnessing The Power Of The Six Directions, and learning about ebb. I already knew about going with the flow, but now I know about going with the ebb as well, which previously I was fighting against.

You need to read the book to get an understanding of what Sonia meant by ebb, but when I read it, it fit with what was happening to me - a time when I couldn't really plan for the future because I knew a change of direction was about to happen, but I didn't know when or how, a time when life isn't really flowing, so you can't really go with the flow. The reason it isn't really flowing is that it is preparing you for change. It is just like when the tide changes direction.

ebb sounds like it is planning your future Goals ie your condensed 3 Big Main Goals that Sonia mentions in Psychic Pathway then you are focussed and wait for flow
is that it? |
