Absolutely--I'm feeling stuck in a lot of areas of my life.

I'm working with depression and I feel spiritually stifled. Whenever I do get some "spirit contact," it always seems to be fleeting--and I never get it when I ask for it.

I'm especially frustrated because I'm in such a rut emotionally right now--shouldn't my guides and angels be helping me now, of all times? I try raising my vibration or reducing stress; nothing seems to work.

I'm tired of hearing "You're not ready right now for spirit contact." If I weren't, why would I be getting fleeting contact from higher-level entities?

My frustrations have persisted for months, but I've been too shy to post about them on the forum.
